First Visit: What To Expect

First Visit

  • On your first visit with us we will listen carefully to your dental concerns and will answer all your questions. Your new patient exam will take about 90 minutes and for most new patients we will complete:

    • Dental X-Rays

    • Oral Cancer Screening

    • TMJ Evaluation

    • Periodontal Evaluation

    • Dental cleaning

    • Smile Analysis

 

Second Visit

  • For more involved cases a second visit may be necessary to allow Dr. White the time to create a plan to address any issues or concerns.​​

Records Request Packet: 

If you have records and x-rays already, use this form to request your records from your previous dentist.  Click here to download the "Records Request" form. 

Payments

Dental Insurance 
We accept all dental insurance providers, however we not in-network. How does this effect you? It doesn't! We will file with your insurance for you in office and you won't have to do a thing!

Non-Insured

  • We believe that finances should not be a barrier to quality care. We offer a range of payment options:

    • Cash, check, debit, credit

    • Financing (through Care Credit)

    • Phased treatment plans

    • Membership plans available
